Must Have

  • Ability to produce video content from concept to final edit (scripting, shooting, editing)
  • Passion for software products / Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar
  • Perfect written English
  • Creative thinking and strong storytelling mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva Video, CapCut Pro, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Descript)
  • Interest in hospitality, travel, and content that sells experiences  
  • Understanding of different aspect ratios and formats for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

Main Responsibilities:


Collaboration

Works with graphic designers, copywriters, and other Digital Marketing team members to integrate video into broader marketing campaigns.

Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes creative input to improve video ideas and execution.

Communicates clearly with the department head to present ideas and gather feedback.

Supports department needs on ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Head of Digital Marketing, even if outside the regular daily to-do list.

Video Production

Develops concepts, scripts, shoots footage, and edits video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, digital ads, and presentations.

Collaborates with the creative team to produce video ideas that align with client or company branding.

Ensures high production quality, including video editing, audio, and lighting techniques.

Content Planning & Strategy

Works closely with clients (if needed) and the creative team to understand video content needs and objectives.

Designs content strategies that support client or company marketing goals and enhance brand storytelling.

Researches industry trends and competitor content to identify innovative opportunities.

Performance & Optimization

Use analytics tools to track engagement and conversions. 

Analyze results to optimize future video content. 

Share insights and improvement ideas with the team.

Project Management

Oversees all aspects of video production projects, including scheduling, budgeting, equipment handling, and workflow coordination.

Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Maintains organized documentation and asset management for video projects.

Prioritizes tasks effectively and manages time to meet deadlines. Task prioritization may be reassigned by the Head of Digital Marketing when necessary.
